Final Forms:

All athletes must register with Final Forms.  You must complete all parent and student consent forms, as well as upload the athletes current sports physical.  All forms must be complete and a current physical uploaded prior to the athlete participating in try outs, practice, or competing in any sport. K.I.D.S. (Kentwood Intra-District Sports)

The K.I.D.S. program offers sessions throughout the year in a variety of sports for various age groups from Kindergarten through 8th Grade. Any questions can be directed to Kathleen Johnson in the EKHS Athletic Office at 698-6700 Ext. 74560.
