Our mission is to provide safe and secure transportation to your students daily.  48 buses and over 40 drivers work tirelessly to make sure Kentwood students are provided with the best possible transportation.

The Kentwood Transportation Department also provides bus maintenance for  three other districts and the Kentwood Intermediate School District as well as all other Kentwood Public School vehicles.  This includes the Food Service department, the Driver's Education program and the ice resurfacer at the Ice Arena.

Each fall, our drivers also volunteer their time to provide "The Buster Program" at each of elementary buildings teaching students bus safety.  This program targets all students in Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades as well as pre-school if they choose to do so.
