Important Documents:

Health Class Letter (Every student is required to take Health Class. Please see the attached letter.)

Sports Physical (Please return to the Athletic office before you can begin to practice.)

Health Questionnaire (Only if you had a physical last year and do not need one this year.)

All work permits will need to be approved at the EKHS 10-12 building.
