General Pool Rules


  • Coast Guard approved lifejackets are the only outside flotation permitted in the Community pool.
  • Children wearing flotation (or children that can't swim) must have an adult in the water within arms reach at all times.
  • Please shower before entering the pool.
  • Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the pool.
  • Persons with open wounds or rashes are not allowed in the pool.
  • Follow all staff member's instructions.
  • Running and horseplay are not permitted.
  • Throwing items, balls or toys in the pool is not permitted.
  • Animals are not allowed.
  • Food and drink must be consumed in designated areas.
  • No alcoholic beverages or glass containers allowed on grounds.
  • Not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    *Please do not bring toys, water guns or sports balls to the aquatic center. These types of items are not permitted to be used in the pool.


General Facility Rules


  • Check in at the office upon arrival at the aquatic center, even if entry was paid in advance.
  • Items may only be left in lockers over night with a locker rental membership.
  • You are welcome to use your own lock for day use of lockers.
  • Lost and Found items are only kept for 30 days. Socks, undergarments and toiletries are not kept and are disposed of when found.


Community Pool Rules


  • No diving allowed in the Community Pool.
  • During Open Swims, water walking or water fitness is permitted, but there is no reserved space during these events. There is no reserved warm water lap swim during Open Swims
  • Swimmers may be asked to complete a swim test to be without an adult in the water.
  • Children must also be supervised in the Splash Pool, at least sitting on the side of the pool.


Competition Pool Rules


  • Flotation devices are not allowed in the Competition Pool.
  • During Open Swims swimmers may be asked to complete a swim test to swim in the Competition Pool.
  • During Open Swims diving board use is limited to a single 1m board. Swimmers must wait until the person ahead of them reaches the wall prior to diving. 3m diving board use is not permitted.

Warm Pool

Our warm pool is 25 yards long, and about 30 ft wide. There is both a stair entry and a ramp entrance, both on the most shallow end of the pool. The pool very gradually gets deeper, and it's deepest "corner" is 4.5 ft deep. 

This pool can be set up with no lane lanes, a single lane line segregating the space, or with four lane setup.

The warm pool is primarily kept between 87-91 degrees.


Splash Pool

The Splash Pool is coming back in 2025!


Our splash pool is a zero depth entry pool, approximately 10 feet wide and 20 ft long from start to finish. The pool is 2.5 ft at it's deepest, and has water spike features at the top of the zero depth.

The splash pool is primarily kept between 87-91 degrees.

This pool is only available during open swims, special events, or swim lessons.

Competition Pool

Our competition pool is 33 meters long, and 25 yards wide, with an inflatable, moveable bulkhead to allow flexibility. When set up from wall-to-wall, the pool allows for 12 swimming lanes 7 ft wide plus room for diving in the attached well. When set up for bulkhead-to-wall, the pool offers 8 competition lanes of 9 ft wide, two additional warm up/cool down lanes, and room for diving in the well. 

The pool starts at 6ft 11 in to 7 ft 2 in across the primary competition lanes, and then descends to the full 13 ft deep. 

The diving well has two platforms, one each with two boards, one for 1m diving, and one for 3m diving. 

The competition pool is primarily kept between 78-80 degrees.
