Volunteers

Opportunities to get involved exist in every grade level in every building and in every program in Kentwood Schools.  As a volunteers you share the most precious gift of all, your time!

If you are looking for something to offer your time to, consider the following:

• School functions such as elementary holiday events, reading assistance, classroom help and more.
• Attend student performances even if you are not a parent of a participant.  By attending, you are showing visible support and it does not go unnoticed.
• Attend Parent Teacher Committee meetings, become an officer, lead a committee.
• Join a booster organization such as the Academic Boosters or the Athletic Boosters.  There are also booster groups for Band & Orchestra or Vocal Music.

By no means is this list inclusive of every opportunity.  There are many, many more things you can get involved in. Contact your building's principal for ideas and contact information.
