Parents

There is NOTHING MORE IMPORTANT than actively engaged PARENTS in the education of our students.  Everything we do begins with you.  Participation can take many forms both at home and in our schools.

At home, supporting your student by providing a quiet place to study and do their home work is key.  It is also very important that you set expectations that your student does the work assigned and that you actively encourage their learning.  

At school, you can provide support by attending all school functions and by attending all parent teacher conferences, by getting to know your students teachers and by attending all extracurricular events that they may be participating in.

Finally, there are many parent activities that you can become involved in from Parent Teacher Committees, to booster groups, to district wide parent forums.
